Project Overview
38 Acres of Precision Sitework
WoodStone Earth provided complete site development for the Roc River Apartment project — now known as The Marshall Rochester. This 6-building, 3-story, fully furnished community was designed for RIT students on East River Road in Henrietta.
Working with Lecesse Construction, our crews transformed 38 acres of wooded land: moving 95,000 CY of dirt with cuts reaching 18 feet in the deepest areas, installing over 4 miles of underground utilities, and navigating 1 acre of DEC regulated wetlands in the center of the site.
Our Approach
One Contractor. Every Phase.
WoodStone managed this project from initial clearing through final paving — eliminating coordination gaps and keeping the schedule on track across every phase of site development.

Curbs, Paving & Road Widening
