Building Community Infrastructure
WoodStone Earth delivered full site development for a new residential community at Lehigh Station, including main road construction, comprehensive underground utilities, a 25-foot deep underground pump station, and large block retaining walls. With Phase 1 utilities at 90% completion and the main road paved, this multi-phase project demonstrates our ability to manage complex residential infrastructure from first dig to final grade.
Land Clearing & Earthwork
Strip, grade, and prepare the site for a multi-phase residential development with challenging terrain and drainage requirements.
Underground Infrastructure
Install water, sewer, and storm systems including a 25-foot deep underground pump station — one of the most technically demanding elements of the project.
Roads & Retaining Walls
Construct the main access road, install large block retaining walls, and complete all site improvements to support residential construction.
