Moving right along with our Roc River Apartments Project with Lecesse Construction. This 6-building project on 38 acres is located on East River Road in Henrietta and will be home to multi-family student housing.
Progress continues at our Roc River project! We have been able to complete all curbs and paving! This has been a huge asset as it allows building contractors to have a good surface to work on through the winter. Saving time, frustration, and a big muddy mess! All underground utilities have been completed and we are ahead of schedule! Things are looking great for students headed to campus fall of 2023!
