Estimator/Project Manager
Come join the team at WoodStone Earth Construction, a Civil Site Contractor who is looking to fill a full-time position.
This position will report to the Chief Estimator and work closely with and support the Estimating/PM team. Key responsibility will be responsible for preparation of estimate packages as well as performing project management tasks.

Estimating Core Responsibilities:
- Navigate civil project plans and specifications to interpret and decipher scopes of work accurately
- Understanding the scheduling, design specifications, documents and drawings
- Itemizing project to be estimated
- Research and review new bidding opportunities
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Accountable for providing timely and clear communication to others that expedites decision-making and helps job flow, including verbal and written communication to all necessary involved personnel
- Assist Estimating/PM team
- Initiate and lead weekly project meetings
- Consult with foremen’s to achieve project objectives
- Maintaining proper project documentation
- Perform buy out process for subcontractors/vendor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year degree in Construction Engineering Technology or a similar discipline
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Pay:
$120,000-$140,000 primarily based on experience and skill level

Assistant Site Work Estimating/Project Management
Summary of Position:
Perform sitework take-offs utilizing InSite computer software, build estimates using Estimating Link computer software, and assist in project management activities from the beginning to the close out of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researching projects to estimate
- Securing and organizing bid documents
- Review and evaluate bid documents
- Perform sitework take-offs
- Pre-bid correspondences with subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation of bid proposal
- Create and maintain estimating data bases
- Perform additional assignments as directed

Fleet Service Officer
Title: Fleet Service Officer
WoodStone Heavy Truck/Equipment Repair is seeking a full time Fleet Service Officer for their diverse and fast paced shop. Key responsibility will be providing direct leadership for the day- to-day service operations along with building growth through customer relations.
Core Responsibilities will be managing/overseeing the following:
- Day to Day support for 8-10 technicians
- Overseeing the Parts/Service Writer
- Customer/billing process/approval
- Challenging customers/AR Collections
- Managing internal fleet- PM’s, repairs and inspections
Requirements:
- Five plus years of job-related experience with Fleet/Customer Service
- Mechanical/Electrical background
- Confidence and ability to talk to customers regarding repairs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Experience with FullBay Fleet software a plus
Pay:
In addition to competitive wages ($100,000-$125,000) based on experience, we also offer benefit packages which include paid holidays/paid time off /health coverage and retirement.

Paid time off is any time an employee is not at work during their normal work schedule. This time can be used for sicknesses, vacation, compassionate leave, maternity leave or any other reason an employee is not at work.
- Schedule
(Any PTO will need to be taken during the employee’s anniversary year NOT calendar year. NO rollovers) PTO accrues on a pro-rata basis over the course of the anniversary year (using a 46-week year for maximum accrual purposes). **Accordingly, an employee needs to have worked at least 46 weeks or more in their anniversary year to be eligible for FULL paid time off benefits which are listed below. Example- If you were hired in May then your anniversary year will run from May to the following May. If an employee falls short of the 46 weeks, they will only be eligible to receive their pro-rated amount of accrued PTO.
