Combining Gary’s extensive construction experience with Melanie’s office expertise and accounting degree, WoodStone Earth Construction became their 4th “child”, being just as needy as their first three!

Despite going through precarious times WoodStone Earth Construction has flourished into a formidable construction company.

Jim Norman

Estimator / Project Manager

Jim is a highly analytical, detail driven professional with 15+ years of experience in the construction industry including field and office work and a Bachelor of Science degree in management from St. John Fisher College. Jim’s responsibilities with WoodStone Earth Construction, Inc. include estimating and project management activities.

Tim Mottler

Site Foreman

Tim joined WoodStone Earth Construction in 2005 as a laborer/operator. As the company grew, so did Tim’s career as he has been a site foreman for over five years now. Some of Tim’s most recent projects include Stonebrook (phases 1 and 2), Basin View, The Villas at Easthampton Phase 4A, and Lakeview Apartments.

Al Smith

Fleet Manager

Al has over 15 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance. He currently manages the public/private day to day operations of the shop which houses over 40 pieces of equipment.

John Estleford

Site Foreman

John joined the team at WoodStone Earth Construction in 2012 as a site foreman with over 10 years experience in the construction industry. Some of John’s most recent projects include Son House Apartments, Cazenovia Creek – Streambank Stabilization, and Greenwood Townhomes Phase 2.

Stefanie Powell

Payroll Specialist

Stefanie Powell joined the staff at WoodStone Earth Construction Inc. in 2011. Duties include Managing payroll and HR. She is a team member of the “WoodStone Earth Runners”. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and golfing.
